We have provided strategic advice for some of Scotland's largest regeneration projects, helping to shape masterplans and development proposals and ensure key planning and policy issues are understood and clear messages delivered.
Our work for Ravenscraig and Forth Ports has included detailed technical consultancy as well as strategic advice. We look at things with fresh perspectives, helping decision makers, key influencers and clients to understand, as early in the process as possible, what the key determining issues are likely to be.
This work involves co-ordinating project teams and managing the planning process, managing and auditing Environmental Assessments, and working closely with other design team members to ensure that all critical issues are adequately addressed.
Our input is precise and targeted at every stage, from early concept discussions through to delivering detailed planning permissions.
